1. Who we are

KES Music / DJ KES, contact: info@kesmusic.nl. KvK number: 15070 (KvK Bonaire).

2. Contact form

When you use the contact form, the fields you submit (name, email, phone, subject, message) are sent directly to our mailbox by email. We do not store these submissions in a separate database or CRM — once sent, the data only exists in our email inbox, subject to our normal email retention.

3. Website statistics

We use WP Statistics, a self-hosted, privacy-friendly analytics tool that runs entirely on our own server (no third-party data sharing). Visitor IP addresses are anonymized and hashed before being stored — we cannot trace statistics back to an individual visitor.

4. Newsletter

You can sign up for our newsletter in two ways: via a dedicated sign-up block elsewhere on the site, or via an optional checkbox on the contact form (“Sign me up for the newsletter”). If you tick that checkbox, you can also indicate your preferred language (English by default, or Dutch). Only if you actively tick this checkbox are your name, email, phone (if given) and language preference stored in our newsletter contact list, separately from the message you sent us. Contact form messages are never added to this list unless you explicitly opt in via the checkbox. You can unsubscribe at any time by contacting us.

5. Booking / event data

If you book DJ KES for an event, we may collect additional details by email or phone (e.g. address, event details) needed to prepare and invoice the booking. This data is used solely for that booking and any related administration/invoicing obligations.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting info@kesmusic.nl.
